Third Suspect Arrested in Connection with 2014 Union County Homicide
A third Union County man was arrested in Virginia in connection to a 2014 homicide in Union County.

A third Union County man has been arrested and charged in connection with the shooting death of a Middlesex County man in 2014, the prosecutor’s office announced.
Gregory Torres, 20, of Elizabeth, was arrested by the United States Marshals Service near Richmond, Virginia, and is expected to be returned to New Jersey today, Friday, March 6.
Torres, Jamar Mosby, 21, and Firicin Augustin, 22, all of Elizabeth, have now been charged with first-degree murder in connection with the fatal shooting of Bilal Fullman, 25, of Woodbridge, according to the Union County Prosecutor’s Office.

Fullman was shot and killed at 8:35 p.m. on Dec. 12, 2014, in the first-floor hallway of a building in the Oakwood Plaza housing complex, located on Parker Road in Elizabeth, authorities said. The Union County Homicide Task Force launched an investigation in cooperation with the Elizabeth Police Department, which ultimately identified the three defendants as suspects.
Mosby and Augustin were arrested and charged in Elizabeth in January. According to the Union County Prosecutor’s Office, murder charges can carry penalties of 30 years to life in prison.

Bail for all three defendants has been set at $1 million.
