Combing Restaurant Row for Signature Dishes

Calling all Restaurant Row restaurateurs: it's time for your moment in the sun.

Patch is looking for Collingswood's finest chefs de cuisine to demo their signature dishes for its Chef's Choice series. The video feature, which to date has focused mostly on Haddonfield businesses, is expanding down Haddon Avenue into the heart of South Jersey's restaurant scene.

Past dishes have included crab cake platters at PJ Whelihan's, the unforgettable chicken salad at Apron, and a 30-day dry-aged strip steak from Ralic's Steakhouse.
