Elevator Coming to Collingswood PATCO Station
More than half of PATCO's stations aren't handicapped accessible now.

Collingswoodβs PATCO station is due to get an elevator to make the station handicapped accessible (and possibly help out when thereβs a lengthy escalator problem.)
PATCO is building elevators in the seven stations that donβt have them now, the Philadelphia Inquirer reports. The stations will have elevators by 2017, according to the newspaper.
Collingswoodβs PATCO station, just like the nearby Westmont and Haddonfield stations, isnβt handicapped accessible now, with only an up escalator in addition to stairs.
