So Much More Than a Free Slurpee on 7-Eleven Day

On July 11, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. (note the time swap), more than 8,000 7-Eleven locations across the country will be giving out free 7.11-oz. Slurpees for its 85th birthday celebration.

But get there early—the Slurpees are only available as supplies last and several locations run out of special 7-Eleven Day cups midday.

If you miss out on the free Slurpees, you can munch on a birthday donut, according to the store’s website.

The giveaways don’t stop there though—you can get two free rewards points on every free cup Wednesday. Slurpee Nation rewards can get you Slurpee iPhone wallpaper, computer backgrounds and ringtones.

Take 7-Eleven Day to the extreme, and go to Six Flags Great Adventure for $7.11 after 7:11 p.m. when you show your July 11 7-Eleven receipt.

You can also get a wristband for an extra hour of ride time during the 7-Eleven Exclusive Coasters After Dark Event. (If you're at the park earlier in the day, you can get the wristband when you buy a Slurpee there after 7:11 p.m.)

Participating Cinemark move theaters are also giving away free Slurpees from 7 to 11 p.m.
