Cranford 'Goes Country' This Weekend With Downtown Festival
A mechanical bull will be available to ride.

CRANFORD, NJ — Musician Nikki Briar and her band, The SweetBriars, are bringing their country energy to the Downtown Cranford on Saturday, Sept. 13 as part of the community's "These Boots Were Made For Walkin' Downtown" event.
Those going to the free concert will also be able to enjoy riding a mechanical bull, line dancing, a food tour, and a cowboy hat bar. Kids can also visit the Cranford Bookstore located at 1 South Ave. E to receive temporary country western tattoos.

The family-friendly event is sponsored by Garlic Rose Bistro, and runs from 1 to 4 p.m. in front of the Downtown Cranford clock along North Union Ave.
