CRANFORD, NJ — After nearly 20 years in the beverage world, one Cranford mother satisfied her thirst for a different kind of meaning in her life and started her own business.
Gemma Kennedy is the founder of "Gems," a handcrafted lifestyle and gift brand rooted in making "everyday moments feel meaningful."
Her signature line, Gems for Stems, is made up of real gemstones that bring flair to your favorite glass of wine, mocktail, and more.

"I felt the pull to create something more personal," Kennedy said, "something rooted in creativity, connection, and intentional living."

This season, she introduced the Holiday Toast Collection, inspired by classic favorite drinks like the espresso martini.

Each is handmade in New Jersey and is under $30, with a portion of each sale supporting women-focused causes in the area.
She also recently collaborated with Cougar Headquarters in Cranford for a "Spirit Gems." The gifts are built to show Cranford community pride and spirit.
