Cranford COVID Testing at Orange Ave. Pool At Capacity (UPDATED)
The pop-up COVID-19 testing site in Cranford has now reached capacity. More testing sites will be announced as they become available.
CRANFORD, NJ — The Cranford Police Department announced today that a COVID-19 testing site will open at the Orange Avenue Pool Lot in Cranford on Wednesday, Dec. 29.
The testing site has reached capacity, according to an alert from the Cranford Police. Any future dates for testing sites will be announced as they become available.

Testing was set to take place from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Lot 1025 Orange Avenue until capacity was reached. This is a pop-up COVID-19 saliva testing clinic. Testing will be administered by Immediate Care Medical Walk-In in conjunction with Capital Health Laboratory.
To expedite the testing process, the Police Department said to fill out the following registration form and to bring it to the testing location. People should also bring two photocopies of their photo ID and insurance card.

Test results will be emailed to patients within 72 hours. Appointments are not being taken, as it is a walk-in clinic.
For those with active health insurance, there will be no out-of-pocket expenses. For those who are uninsured, the government — through HRSA program — will cover the expense of the test.
