Macy is most known for playing downtrodden characters in films like "Fargo" and "Boogie Nights." He has also garnered a lot of attention for his role as Frank Gallagher in the television show "Shameless."

Theater owner Doreen Sayegh said it is a great opportunity to have a movie filmed in Cranford.

"We are excited that the Cranford Theater will be highlighted in this movie and are appreciative of the time and effort the production made to keep everything running smoothly,” Sayegh said.

According to Downtown Cranford, Craven BBQ owner, Isidro Rodrigues, also got to play a small part in the scene that was filmed.
