Emergency Paving Causes Street Closure In Cranford

CRANFORD, NJ — Due to emergency paving to accommodate a signal repair, a section of Walnut Avenue in Cranford will be closed on Thursday starting at around 7 a.m.

Walnut Avenue will be closed between South Avenue and North Avenue, according to police.

Southbound traffic will be diverted to the one-way section of South Union Avenue, while northbound traffic will remain closed for most of the day, police said.
