Sophia Alice, from nearby Cranford, is working closely with Be the Change NJ — a community service group run by Dr. Norma Bowe, a Kean University professor. A mother on the Basking Ridge Moms Facebook group shared that Be the Change is in desperate need of medical supplies to ship to their connection in Poland who give supplies to the right hands in Ukraine.
The mom said Be the Change is working with nuns at a convent who are located on the border of Poland and are also nurses.
