How Many Inches Of Snow Did Cranford Get?
Union County towns saw a range of one to three inches of snow as of Tuesday morning. Here's how much your town received:
CRANFORD, NJ - More than three inches of snow fell in some parts of Union County overnight into Tuesday, volunteer weather spotters said. But how much snow did Cranford get?
In Union County, Clark ranked the highest with 3 inches of snowfall. The highest recorded amount in New Jersey was in Wantage and Montague in Sussex County with 6.4 inches (see snow totals for Union County below):
Across Union County, several school districts announced delayed openings, including districts in Summit, Mountainside, New Providence, Roselle Park, Rahway, Scotch Plains, Clark, Cranford, Garwood and Westfield.

Other delayed openings were announced by municipalities, affecting government offices in Cranford, Summit and Westfield.
The Westfield Conservation Center and the Scotch Plains Senior Café will also be closed Tuesday, officials said.

The Community Collaborative Rain, Hail & Snow Network volunteer weather monitoring service has issued snow totals (in inches) for these Union County towns:
- Cranford: 1 inch
- Westfield: 1 inch
- Clark: 3 inches
- New Providence: 1.5 inches
