Join MHANJ's 18th Annual Walk for Wellness & Recovery in Cranford, NJ
READY-Set-WALK! Support mental health and addiction recovery on May 31st at Nomahegan Park. Come to learn, play, exercise and be inspired!
The Mental Health Association in New Jersey (MHANJ) is thrilled to announce that our 18th Annual Walk for Wellness and Recovery will be on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at Nomahegan Park in Cranford, New Jersey. This year, we are embracing the theme: "Strength Through Healing: One Step At A Time."

We are pleased to welcome for the first time the Rotary Club of Mental Health Advocates and returning for the third year, the National Center for Advocacy and Recovery as our partners. We invite all Cranford residents to join us- bring the kids, and dogs to walk for a good cause. We hope you will consider joining us.

In today’s fast-paced and ever-changing world, the need for mental health awareness, support, and advocacy is more critical than ever. Our Walk is a powerful opportunity to encourage individuals to prioritize their mental wellness every day of the year.
There’s something for everyone - adults, children, and dogs of all ages! Event highlights include: Interactive Wellness Activities, Education and Information, Pre-Walk Yoga and Stretching, Information Alley (Sponsorship and Community Resource Tables), and Recovery Scholarships (inviting individuals in recovery and their family members to enjoy the day).

As always, we will have sponsor and community tables in Information Alley, and we will invite people in recovery to enjoy the day with their families through scholarships if they cannot afford to donate.
