CRANFORD, NJ — After two years of cancellations and modifications, residents in cities and counties across the country are looking forward to many of the traditional Independence Day activities that mark the summer holiday. July 4 is tomorrow, so there’s still time to find out what Fourth of July fireworks and festivities are going on near you in 2022.

On Saturday, July 2 Cranford is hosting its Independence Celebration at Nomahegan Park.

At 5 p.m. there will be food vendors and inflatables, followed by fireworks at 9:15 p.m.

There will be limited parking at Union County College located on 1033 Springfield Ave. Residents are urged to walk.
