‘Nobody’s Conscious’: 911 Call Reveals Chilling Aftermath Of Teen Girls’ Double Slaying

CRANFORD, NJ — Emergency calls capturing the aftermath of the deadly crash that killed two 17-year-old girls on Sept. 29 were obtained by Patch Media.
Maria Niotis and Isabella Salas were killed by a driver in a hit-and-run crash while they were riding electronic bikes along Burnside Avenue, the Union County Prosecutor's Office said.

The community's pleas pour in to the 911 dispatchers on Sept. 29 in the recordings released Tuesday by the Union County Prosecutor's Office.
Multiple callers can be heard asking officials to "Please hurry" after a "hit-and-run" and referencing a black vehicle.
"Nobody's conscious. Everyone's done. Not moving," another caller said of the status of the two girls.
"This woman is on the floor, oh my God...oh my God," one caller said as she struggled to communicate with the official on the other line. "This is really bad."

Vincent P. Battiloro, 17 of Garwood, was identified as the suspect through court records along with reports he had been stalking at least one of the girls for months leading up to the crash. He is charged with two counts of murder and 15 other citations.
He is scheduled to make an appearance in Cranford Municipal Court on Wednesday.
