Celebrities To Play B-Ball for East Brunswick

The charity basketball game will be held at 7 p.m. April 20 at Churchhill Junior High School.

The First Annual NFL East Brunswick Celebrity Basketball Tour with Lonnie Allgood’s Dreams for Kids will feature celebrity athletes taking on East Brunswick players in the name of charity.

The game will be held at 7 p.m. April 20 at Churchill Junior High School, according to a press release from the township department of Department of Recreation, Parks and Community Services.

The East Brunswick’s Community all-star team, comprised of local teachers, coaches, parents and students will face off against a team of former and current NFL players.

Proceeds from the game will benefit the East Brunswick High School PTSA, the East Brunswick Youth Council, and Coalition for Healthy Communities, the release said.

Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the door. VIP tickets are available for $30 in advance and $40 at the door, and include premium courtside seats and a one-hour private reception with the celebrity team for autographs and a meet and greet.
