Churchill Students Compete in Science Olympiad

About 1,100 middle and high school students came to Middlesex County College on March 13 to participate in the State Finals of the Science Olympiad.

They took part in dozens of competitions designed to test their abilities in science. The winners, Community Middle School and West Windsor-Plainsboro South, will go on to the national finals at the University of Central Florida in May.

The competition included students from , including Justin May and Anamd Nanduri, who competed in an event called “Storm the Castle.” Churchill finished third in the middle school division.
