East Brunswick District Honors Teachers, Staff For Commitment, Dedication

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ – The East Brunswick School District recently held a ceremony where we honored teachers and staff for their dedication, hard work and commitment to students.

The JMPAC at Hammarskjold Upper Elementary School was filled with family and friends as 49 teachers and support staff received honors for their achievements on behalf of East Brunswick students.

All winners were nominated and voted on by their peers and awarded by their building principals.

Addressing the teachers, Superintendent Victor Valeski said they were the backbone of the district's education system.

“Your innovative teaching methods, unwavering dedication, and genuine care for your students do not go unnoticed. You inspire curiosity, you foster creativity and you shape the future, one student at a time,” Valeski said.

The Superintendent said that the efforts of support staff ensured that the district runs smoothly. “You are the unsung heroes of our school system and we are deeply grateful to your hard work and dedication,” Valeski said.
