According to Jimmy’s Gourmet Baker LLC, they currently receive their flour and sugar in individual, 50-pound bags delivered on pallets. With the proposed silos, the manufacturer will be able to store the items in bulk, thus improving operations and efficiency at the facility.

Headquartered in Clifton, NJ, Jimmy’s was founded in 1997 in Manhattan. Today they occupy a modern 90,000 square feet baking facility located in Clifton.
