“Living on Fern Road for this long, I have seen it all there and since the pandemic, driving habits have changed. People are driving much faster and less care for safety... If people know they can just fly down Fern Road they will. So, what can be done for enforcement?”
The council assured residents that police would enforce the speed limit.
“The Mayor has added additional police officers since he came into office and I will tell you – Fern is on a normal rotation with all the other roads in town that have enforcement needs,” Business Administrator Joe Criscuolo said.
The new speed limit on Fern Road is consistent from Dunhams Corner Road to Cranbury Road.
