East Brunswick Schools Closed Tuesday Due To Snow

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ - The East Brunswick School District announced early Tuesday morning, it was closing all schools due to snow.

All after-school activities will be canceled as well.

"Based on a variety of conditions, East Brunswick Public Schools will be closed today, Tuesday, January 16th," the district said in a message to the community.

Last night the district announced it would have a delayed opening, but said that could change if there was increased snow accumulation.

The National Weather Service issued a winter weather advisory for all of New Jersey's 21 counties until Tuesday afternoon.

The National Weather Service is predicting up to 4 inches of snow with a mix of sleet in the area, making it dangerous for drivers on the road.
