The Raritan Valley YMCA, at 144 Tices Lane in East Brunswick, is now registering for the fall session of programs in swimming, youth sports, day care, and fitness.
Sports and swim classes commence Sept. 8. Swim lessons serve children 3-years-old through adult. Youth sports and fitness programs include basketball, tennis, pre school sports, karate, and fitness training for grades 9-14-year-olds.
Teens and adults will find the fully equipped wellness center, yoga classes, Zumba, spin, silver sneakers exercise for seniors. Aerobic and fitness programs are a great way to relieve stress and lose weight.

There are also openings in the YMCA day care center which serves infants, toddlers, preschoolers, kindergarten care, and school age childcare. Center hours are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. This is a state licensed center which features diverse programming, comprehensive facility, and emphasis on health.
The YMCA’s state of the art wellness center features a cardio center which includes treadmills, arc trainers, recumbent and upright bicycles, selectorized CYBEX weight machines, and free weights.

The center also maintains a specialized training room that serves the senior, pre teen, disabled, overweight and post therapy population. The YMCA is great place for exercise and activity through our family membership or send teens over after school for a safe place to be.
