Perkins Griddle & Go Is Coming To East Brunswick

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ – If you love Perkins, this should come as good news to you. Perkins Griddle & Go is all set to open a new location in East Brunswick.

Perkins Griddle & Go is the new fast-casual concept of Perkins. It will include digital menu boards and kiosks to drive speed and convenience for on-the-go customers. East Brunswick already has a Perkins restaurant located at Route 18.

The Griddle & Go concept will provide breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bakery options, including some of Perkins signature dishes such as Griddle Greats, pies and Mammoth Muffins, a company spokesperson said.

The menu also includes new categories of breakfast sandwiches and lighter eats as well as new burgers, and sandwiches.

Perkins opened the first Griddle & Go in Canada in late 2024, and more than 20 other locations have been signed for development in the Garden State, according to the company.

New Jersey is the first domestic market to feature the new concept, with the first slated to open at the highly anticipated Netflix Studios campus in Fort Monmouth later this year.

An opening date for the East Brunswick location has not been shared yet.
