2 Men Caught Getting High On NJ School Bus, Cops Say
The duo was in possession of 30 different kinds of drugs while on the bus, according to authorities.
MORRIS COUNTY, NJ — Two men have been arrested after they were caught using drugs in a parked school bus, according to police.
On Nov. 17, Hanover police were called to Calais School on a report that people were using drugs inside one of the school’s buses.
Police arrived to find Tyler Metallidis, 19, and Alex Bueno, 20, both of Whippany, both under the influence of controlled dangerous substances (CDS) inside the bus, police said.

A search found Metallidis to be in possession of 26 different drugs, and Bueno had four different drugs, police said. Authorities also found hypodermic needles on Metallidis, according to authorities.
The pair was arrested and taken to the police headquarters to be processed. Bueno was eventually taken to a hospital due to his altered state.

Metallidis is charged with possession of CDS, possession of prescription legend drugs, being under the influence of CDS, possession of hypodermic syringes, distribution of prescription legend drugs, and criminal trespass. He was taken to the Morris County Jail to await court proceedings.
Bueno was charged with possession of CDS, possession of prescription legend drugs, being under the influence of CDS, and criminal trespass.
