Carpenter, Cefolo-Pane, Malone Keep Florham Park Council Seats

Republican Florham Park Borough Council members Scott Carpenter, Carmen Cefolo-Pane and Charlie Malone Jr. were returned to the governing body, beating their Democratic challengers, according to preliminary results.

Carpenter and Cefolo-Pane won three-year seats with 2,649 and 2,582 votes, respectively, while challengers John Upton and Peter Nicolas had 1,566 and 1,525 votes, respectively.

For an unexpired two-year term, Malone received 2,666 votes while challenger Ove Parmlind had 1,454 votes.
