Drugs Seized Near School in Florham Park

Twenty-year-old found with four ounces of marijuana, heroin and cocaine, police report.

A 20-year-old Florham Park man was arrested on drug charges Monday after police found four ounces of marijuana and other drugs in his Afton Drive home, borough police said.

Peter M. Graeber was charged with possession of marijuana over 50 grams, possession with intent to distribute marijuana over 50 grams, possession of a drug with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a school, and possession of cocaine, heroin and Percocet, Florham Park Police Capt. Robert Treiber said in a news release.

Graeber also was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and fireworks, police said.

Florham Park police executed a search warrant at the home around 9:50 p.m. Monday following a two-month investigation, the news release said.

According to the news release, police allegedly found approximately four ounces of marijuana, less than a gram each of heroin and cocaine, two Percocet pills, an electronic scale, the plastic bags, numerous glass pipes commonly used to smoke marijuana, and the fireworks.

Graeber was processed at police headquarters and released pending a March 6 court date, police said.
