Florham Park Zoning Board Member Accused Of Sex Assault On Teen

Alleged crime occurred at 52-year-old's home, prosecutor announced.

FLORHAM PARK, N.J. – A Florham Park Zoning Board member has been arrested on charges of sexual assault of a teen, the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office announced.

Mark Iantosca, 52, was charged with two counts of sexual assault after an investigation revealed he allegedly had “reciprocal oral sex” with a teen between the ages of 16 and 18, Prosecutor Fredric Knapp announced.

Iantosca was jailed on $100,000 bail with no 10-percent option with conditions to have no contact with any child under the age of 18.

The investigation began on Feb. 26 when the alleged victim reported the incidents to law enforcement. The alleged crimes occurred at Iantosca’s home, Knapp said.
