East Windsor 2023 Election: Who's Running, Where To Vote

EAST WINDSOR, NJ — The general election in New Jersey is Tuesday, Nov. 7. Here is what East Windsor voters need to know before they hit the polls.

This general election, school board and town council seats will be on the ballot. Early in-person voting began Oct. 28.

Who is on the ballot?

Town Council
Democrats and Republicans are running for town council, four and two-year terms.

Candidates running for four-year terms are:

• Janice S. MIRONOV (D)
• Marc LIPPMAN (D)
• John ZOLLER (D)
• Anthony KATAWICK (D)
• Paul “P.J.” HUMMEL (R)
• Anna LUSTENBERG (R)
• Steven UCCIO (R)

Candidates for two-year terms are:

• Johnnie E. WHITTINGTON (D)
• Bina SHAH (R)
• Roger POWER (Power for You)

Board Of Education

Four candidates are running for a seat on the East Windsor Regional School District BOE this November.

They are:

• Jeanne Bourjolly (Education is First)
• Karen Salter (We Care)
• Paula Calia (We Care)

HIGHTSTOWN BOROUGH

• Michael John Weeks II

County Executive

Two candidates are running for County Executive:

• Daniel R. Benson (D)
• Lisa Marie Richford (R)

When And How To Vote

There are three ways to vote this election - early voting, vote by mail and at the polling location. Early Voting: Oct. 28 – Nov. 5.

Mail-In Ballot: Eligible voters can also drop off their mail-in ballot at these locations:

• East Windsor Courthouse– 80 One Mile Road, East Windsor, NJ, 08520 (Municipal Court)

Election Day: The general election is on Tuesday, Nov. 7, with polls open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
