East Windsor Mayor To Deliver State Of The Township Address In June

Mayor Janice Mironov's annual address will include a report on accomplishments in 2024 and 2025 as well as Township goals for this year.

EAST WINDSOR TOWNSHIP. East Windsor Mayor Janice S. Mironov will deliver the annual State of East Windsor Township Address on Thursday, June 5, at an event beginning at 5 p.m., at the East Windsor Senior Center

Mironov's annual address will include a report on accomplishments in 2024 and 2025 as well as Township's goals for this year. Topics will include new business and commercial development updates, budget and financial subjects, Township recreation and senior services projects, local roadway and safety improvements, environmental initiatives, and other local topics of interest.

"East Windsor continues to be a vibrant, progressive community with much positive business growth, including the final fit out of Innovation Park, the expansion of the Aurobindo campus, the upgrade and expansion of QTS, and further developments about East Windsor’s high-tech and pharmaceutical hub,” Mironov said.

Mironov will address many other major Township accomplishments and initiatives, including positive financial news, expansion and renovation of the Township’s recreational facilities, expansion of facilities at the East Windsor Senior Center, and new open space and environmental initiatives.

East Windsor offers business advantages, including a central location in New Jersey with quick access to East Windsor Exit 8 of the New Jersey Turnpike and to Interstate Routes 195, 295, and Route 1.

There is also a wide variety of commercial, office, and industrial sites in the Township as well as a diverse and highly skilled workforce.

The major development corridors in the Township are the Routes 571/535 campus corridors, the Route 130 retail corridor, and the NJ Turnpike/Route 33 corridor with both commercial and retail areas.

The Mayor’s State of the Township event on Thursday, June 5, begins with networking at 5 p.m., and the formal program begins promptly at 5:45 p.m.
