East Windsor Police Blotter For Feb. 6

Here are all the reports from this week's police blotter.

EAST WINDSOR, NJ – On Feb. 4 at 1:22 a.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the Twin Rivers Mall after the driver failed to come to a complete stop. The driver, a New Brunswick resident, was found to have an active warrant out of New Brunswick. The 36-year-old was placed under arrest, transported to police headquarters, processed, and later turned over to the custody of the New Brunswick Police.

On Feb. 5, 9:15 a.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop on Dutch Neck Road after observing the vehicle’s windshield was cracked. The driver was found to have a suspended license and an active warrant out of East Windsor. The driver was placed under arrest, taken to police headquarters, processed, and later released on his own recognizance.

On Feb. 5, at 9:52 a.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop on Route 130 South after observing the vehicle’s brake lights were inoperable. The driver, a Kearny, NJ, resident, was found to have an active warrant out of Kearny and was placed under arrest. The 29-year-old was taken to police headquarters, processed, and later released after posting bail.

On Feb. 5 at 2:46 p.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop after observing that the vehicle’s front license plate was improperly displayed. The driver was found to have active warrants out of East Windsor and Englishtown. The 43-year-old Jamesburg resident was placed under arrest, taken to police headquarters, processed, and later turned over to the custody of the Englishtown Police.
