East Windsor's Joe Smoke Bar-B-Que Wins Coveted Title In Cook-Off
The team won the title of "best ribs" at the recently-held 12th annual Rock, Ribs & Ridges festival held in Sussex County.
EAST WINDSOR, NJ – If you're looking for one of the best BBQs in the state, look no further. A popular local BBQ spot from the East Windsor-Hightstown area recently won a cook-off competition.
Joe Smoke Bar-B-Que team won the coveted title of “Best Ribs” at the 12th annual Rock, Ribs & Ridges festival held in Sussex County.
The competition was held on Tuesday, in which the country’s top pitmasters competed for the top prize of “best ribs” and “best sauce.”

Joe Smoke Bar-B-Que was placed third in the “best sauce” contest. The eatery has over 20 years of experience in providing flavorful BBQ.
Their delicacies include pulled pork, Texas-style brisket, St. Louis Ribs and more.
