Eggmania Celebrates Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony For East Windsor Location

EAST WINDSOR, NJ β€” Eggmania recently celebrated the grand ribbon-cutting ceremony for its new location in East Windsor.

Mayor Janice S. Mironov, Council Members John Zoller and Joseph Miczak joined owners and staff for a ribbon-cutting celebration.

The new restaurant is located in the Windsor Crossing shopping center at the intersection of Route 33 and Route 130.

β€œCongratulations to Eggmania, a growing and successful restaurant franchise, which has opened a new location in the popular Windsor Crossing shopping center," Mironov said.

"Eggmania offers a unique Indian street food experience adding to the wide array of dining options already in town. We wish them much success at this new location.”

Eggmania has 13 locations across the United States and Canada with three New Jersey locations in Jersey City, Iselin and now East Windsor.

They specialize in Indian street-style egg-based dishes and vegetarian flavors.

Located between Green Health Massage and Bawarchi Biryani Point, Eggmania offers a full menu of egg delicacies and authentic Indian street food. The menu includes masala omelet, Roll it Ups wrapped in a tortilla, variety of chicken selections, paneer dishes, kabobs, Bombay grill sandwiches, rice dishes, breads, a variety of ice creams and shakes, specialty beverages, and more.

Current hours are Monday through Sunday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
