Jersey Mike’s Subs To Open New East Windsor Location Sept. 21

To celebrate the grand opening a fundraiser to benefit Hightstown Athletics will be held from Sept. 21 - 25.

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ – Jersey Mike’s Subs will be opening its new location in East Windsor on Sept. 21. The franchise will be located at 319 Route 130.

To celebrate the grand opening, franchise owners Evan Mayer, Gerrit Curran, Dee Curran, along with director of operations Tom Orrok and general manager Mike Mariano, will host a fundraiser from Sept. 21 to Sept. 25. The fundraiser will support Hightstown Athletics.

Customers who receive a special fundraising coupon distributed through a grassroots effort prior to the opening can make a minimum $3 contribution to $3 in exchange for a regular sub. Customers must have a coupon to be eligible.

β€œWith a combined 40+ years of experience with Jersey Mike’s, we’ve decided to partner with the Hightstown Athletic Department for our charitable donation during our grand opening,” Orrok said in a statement.

β€œOur passion for sports and being part of a team carried over into our careers as we pride ourselves on positive culture and teamwork. We are excited to have the opportunity to grow and are looking forward to working alongside the school district, local residents, and business owners within this welcoming community.”

The restaurant’s hours are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., seven days a week.
