Mercer County To Hold Memorial Day Observance Sunday

MERCER COUNTY, NJ — Mercer County's annual Memorial Day observance will be held Sunday, 11 a.m. at Greenwood Cemetery, Hamilton, in the Veteran Section.

“I encourage everyone to pause during the holiday weekend to honor the men and women of our armed forces who gave their lives protecting our freedom,” said Mercer County Executive Brian M. Hughes. “All are invited to attend the county’s annual remembrance service at Greenwood Cemetery.”

Col. Walter F. Conner, USMC (Ret), will deliver the keynote address. The event is organized by the Mercer County Division of Veteran Services.
