Mercer Man Charged With Aggravated Sexual Assault Of Child: Prosecutor
The assault took place around 4 years ago at a home in Trenton, authorities said.
MERCER COUNTY, NJ - A 43-year-old Trenton man was charged in connection with sexually assaulting a juvenile, Mercer County Prosecutor Janetta D. Marbrey said Tuesday.
Irin Green, 43, is charged with one count of first-degree aggravated sexual assault and one count of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child.
According to authorities, Green sexually assaulted the child around four years ago at a home in Trenton. The child and their mother reported the allegations to police earlier this month, Marbrey said.

Green was taken into custody on Friday. The prosecutor’s office has filed a motion to detain Green pending trial.
