New Asian Fusion Restaurant Opens In East Windsor

Spice Wok opened at Windsor Center, and serves a variety of popular Asian fusion dishes.

EAST WINDSOR, NJ — Spice Wok, a restaurant serving Asian Fusion cuisine recently opened in East Windsor.

The restaurant opened at Windsor Center, occupying the corner space, and joining other businesses including Aldi, Staples, Ross Dress for Less, and Retro Fitness.

Township Mayor Janice s. Mironov along with Council Members Peter Yeager, Marc Lippman, Alan Rosenberg, and Joh Zoller joined owner Imtiyaz Ahmed for the grand opening of the restaurant.

“East Windsor is excited to welcome this new Asian Fusion restaurant Spice Wok to complement the many varied culinary choices offered in the Township,” Mironov said. “This new eatery offers a variety of Asian dishes in their spacious restaurant or convenient take-out service at their highly visible location in Windsor Center on Route 130 South”.

The family-owned restaurant offers a variety of popular Asian fusion dishes, like Momos – steamed meat or vegetable-filled dumpling that is native to India, Bhutan, and Nepal; and Bhel – crispy noodles spiced with raw onion, tomatoes, and cucumber. They also offer a variety of vegetarian options like Kung Pao Paneer, Paneer in Hot Garlic Sauce, and more. The menu includes a list of chicken, beef, lamb, seafood, and vegetable entrees prepared in a variety of ways.

The restaurant offers dine-in and take-out service. Hours of operation are Tuesday through Sunday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Ordering is available via phone at (609) 308-2070.
