Peddie Teacher 'Doc' Martin to Speak at Historical Society Banquet

The Hightstown-East Windsor Historical Society is kicking off the new year with their annual banquet which features the highlights and accomplishments from 2013 and presents 2014’s agenda. The event will take place at Santino’s Restaurant in Robbinsville on Jan. 26 at 3 p.m. 

The Hightstown-East Windsor Historical Society studies the history of the Hightstown area and works to preserve it. They have many historical archives for local residents to enjoy. The annual banquet will feature local historian and teacher at The Peddie School Dr. David Martin. Martin will be presenting the program “The Peddie School Celebrates 150 Years!”  

The banquet, which features dinner and wine, costs $35 per person. Checks must be made out to the Hightstown-East Windsor Historical Society and mailed by Jan. 21.
