Rising Pharma To Occupy New Facility In East Winsdor

The pharma company will occupy a new 165,000-square-foot building at Wyckoff Mills Road.

EAST WINDSOR, NJ β€” Rising Pharmaceuticals will be occupying a new 165,000-square-foot building in East Windsor, Mayor Janice Mirono said. The facility is located at 330 Wyckoff Mills Road.

The U.S.-based company currently has around 300 employees worldwide with headquarters in East Brunswick, and manufacturing facilities in Decatur, Illinois, and India.

The company is engaged in the development, manufacturing, and supply of a diverse portfolio of therapeutic products worldwide,

β€œEast Windsor is excited to welcome another pharmaceutical company Rising Pharmaceuticals to join the many other high-tech pharma and life science companies that have chosen to make East Windsor home,” Mironov said.

β€œThe Township has pro-actively worked to promote and develop East Windsor as an attractive niche for these types of high growth high powered businesses.”

Rising Pharma will join other prominent high-tech and pharmaceutical-related companies in East Windsor, including Hovione, Novitium Pharma, Apnar Pharma, Aprecia Pharmaceuticals, Sabinsa Corporation, Elementis, Vectornate USA, Aurobindo Pharma, Shiseido America, QTS, RK Pharma, Getinge, ForDoz Pharma and Empower Pharma.

The company is in the process of fitting out the building to be occupied for its pharmaceutical business needs.

The retrofit will include the construction of over 12,000 pallet positions, with the ability to store 25,000 pallets for a diversity of medical products.

The local facility initially will have 50 employees with the goal of expanding and broadening their product portfolio.
