Former Cranbury Bookworm Building Seeks Tenant
The former home of the Cranbury Bookworm still needs a new tenant.
Rocco DβArmiento says 54 N. Main St. is an excellent spot for a downtown business or residence. Now, the only thing that stands in the way is the right tenant.
. While there has not been a deal on the property, DβArmiento, of Prudential, Fox & Roach, is hopeful that its location and mixed use zoning will make it attractive.
βThere are restaurants, local shops, and always different things going on around town,β he said. βA lot of new shops have opened up. Things are hopping and things are busy. Itβs a great place to own and operate business or do a combinationβopen a business and live upstairs.β

The site is zoned for village commercial and can be used for offices, retail, a bank, restaurant, or it can be converted back into a residence, said DβArmiento. The building is located in the historic district, has onsite parking and a basement.
