Woman Charged For Assaulting Officers In East Windsor: Police
The woman struck an officer in the face and scratched a second officer's neck while in custody, police said.
EDISON, NJ – A drunk East Windsor woman was charged after she assaulted two officers, authorities said.
On Sunday, Nov. 5, around 2:15 a.m. officers responded to Exit 8 Lounge in East Windsor for a report of an intoxicated and disorderly patron.
At the establishment when authorities tried escorting the 29-year-old woman out, she pushed an officer, police said.

The East Windsor woman was placed under arrest. Later while in custody, the woman struck an officer in the face and scratched a second officer’s neck, police said.
The woman was charged with two counts of aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and defiant trespass.

She was detained and transported to Mercer County Jail.
