- Challenge Your Mind At 'Game On' Day In Metuchen; Visit New Arcade: YESTERcades retro gaming arcade is now open in Metuchen. YESTERcades opened Feb. 2 at 42 Main St., the Metuchen Downtown Alliance said.
- Indoor Skydiving Venue Officially Opens In Edison: iFLY Indoor Skydiving is located at 997 US Rt. 1 Edison. The location is right next to Topgolf and close to Supercharged Entertainment.
- Saladworks Is Making Its Debut At Edison’s Menlo Park Mall: Saladworks and Frutta Bowls will debut a new co-branded restaurant at the mall.
- New York Fries Opens At Menlo Park Mall In Edison: New York Fries offers a gourmet take on the fresh-cut fries concept, and it had its official New Jersey grand opening Feb. 29 at the Menlo Park Mall, with Mayor Sam Joshi leading the township presence.
- New Restaurant Ram & Rooster Is Now Open In Metuchen: Ram & Rooser, a Chinese-inspired fine dining restaurant is now open in Metuchen. The restaurant offers a $128 eight-course tasting menu, using seasonal ingredients and produce from New Jersey.
- Iconic Music Shop Location Sold For $5.5M in Edison: The shuttered Sam Ash music shop in Edison recently sold its location for $5.5 million. NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. (NAIDB) arranged the sale of the 21,929-SF retail center located at 1825 Route 27 in Edison.
- This Popular Metuchen Cafe & Pastry Shop Is Closing: Beans & Bread, located at 660 Middlesex Avenue, closed after nearly two years in business. The proprietors announced the closing in a Facebook post.
- 2 Edison Stop & Shop Stores Now Officially Closed: Two Stop & Shop stores in Edison have now officially closed and stopped serving customers.
