Classic Car-Themed Burger & Brew Restaurant Sets 2026 Opening At Edison Mall

EDISON, NJ — A vintage-themed burger and brew restaurant will be opening soon in Edison.

Ford's Garage will bring all-American dining to Menlo Park Mall in 2026, mall officials said.

The restaurant will feature an atmosphere filled with vintage Ford vehicles, antique gas pumps, and Prohibition-era design elements, including old brick walls, rich wood accents, and hand-hammered copper bar tops.

The new dining establishment joins Round1 Bowling & Arcade as part of Menlo Park Mall's expansion into entertainment and specialty dining experiences.

“The addition of Round1 and Ford’s Garage elevates that commitment, providing both a fun and engaging experience and a unique dining destination," said Brielle Soja, Director of Marketing at Menlo Park Mall.

"Together, they transform us into an even more exciting hub where families will create lasting memories.”

Their menu includes the famous Black Angus burgers, Ford's pickles, BBQ brisket burger. Ford's signature burger, estate burger, and more. They also have an extensive drink menu and craft beer section.

Another recent addition to Menlo Park Mall is Levi’s, which is now open. Later this year, the mall will also welcome Dunkin’, known for its wide variety of fresh donuts in various flavors.
