New Juice Bar & Eatery Is Coming Soon To Metuchen

METUCHEN, NJ - A new juice bar and eatery will be opening doors in Metuchen soon.
Fresh Twist, located in Staten Island, will be opening in Downtown Metuchen this summer.
Judy Campos, founder of Fresh Twist, posted the news on Instagram.

As a young, Latina entrepreneur, I’m thrilled to bring our Latin fusion flavors to Metuchen, after starting out with our first location in Staten Island, NY,” Campos’s statement said.
“From our signature empanadas and tacos to fresh smoothies and a delicious breakfast and lunch menu, we’re here to put a fresh twist on your favorite comfort foods.”

Their menu includes fresh juices, smoothies that you can turn into a protein shake, ginger and turmeric shots, empanadas, tacos, raps, and more.
They are yet to announce an opening date. The eatery will be located at 436 Main Street.
