Bergen County Robbery Suspects Arrested
The 22-year-old and 20-year-old are allegedly responsible for an armed robbery in Ridgefield Park earlier this month.

Two Bergen County residents were arrested Friday after police say they stole $1,000 from a market earlier this month.
Adam Almarzoh, 22, and Kelsye Rosario, 20, both of College Place in Ridgefield Park, were arrested after they “were kept under surveillance while detectives continued to track down leads and information” following an armed robbery in Ridgefield Park on Jan. 7, Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said.
Ridgefield Park Police responded to an armed robbery at CMS Market in town just after 8 p.m. on Jan. 7, where a female store employee told police ”that while she was working behind the counter of the store, an unknown male entered the store brandishing a large carving type knife and demanding money.” The store employee complied and turned over approximately $1,000 in cash before the assailant fled.

According to Molinelli, detectives discovered “the assailant had a female accomplice who assisted him in the robbery,” while examining surveillance footage from the area.
Members of the Ridgefield Park Police Department, Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Investigations Squad and the Bergen County Sheriff’s Office K-9 Unit executed a court authorized search warrant on the residence of Almarzoh and Rosario in the early hours of Jan. 16, but only Rosario was at the home. Almarzoh, who was staying at a relative’s home in North Arlington, was apprehended without incident with the assistance of the North Arlington Police Department.
