Englewood Mayor to Deliver ‘State of the City’ Address

Rutgers professor to speak on financial woes of NJ towns.

Englewood Mayor Frank Huttle III will deliver the annual “state of the city” address tonight at BergenPAC.

The address will come at a city council meeting starting at 6:30 p.m. The mayor’s address follows a presentation by Raphael Caprio, professor at the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy, on the financial stress facing New Jersey municipalities.
