ENGLEWOOD, NJ — The owner of a popular former Colombian food spot in Englewood will open a new restaurant in the city, according to a report.
Sebastian Colorado owned Noches de Colombia in Englewood before it closed during the pandemic, reporter Stephanie Nova wrote for NorthJersey.com. The city planning board approved plans for his new restaurant, Colombia Kaliente, at 30 East Palisade Avenue, Nova reported.
A timer on the restaurant website lists its opening day as June 30. Colombia Kaliente is a bakery, bar, and grill according to the logo and a number of posts on Instagram.
