2 Businesses To Open In New Bergen County Apartment Community
Two new businesses have signed leases to open in a relatively new apartment community near a Bergen County train station.
WOOD-RIDGE, NJ — Two new businesses are coming to a development in Wood-Ridge that welcomed its first residents in spring.
JCMLiving, a real estate firm, said Wednesday that two commercial tenants signed leases to open in Rosera Wesmont, the company's newest luxury residential development.
Mathnasium and Allstar Pharmacy will soon occupy ground floor retail spaces in the community.

The leases are part of more than 17,000 square feet of retail space in total within Rosie Square, they said.
Rosera Wesmont includes 295 apartments, from studios to three-bedrooms, at 200 Rosie Square.

The community is located a half-mile from NJ Transit's Wesmont Station in Wood-Ridge.
Other stores that have opened in Rosie Square include Phenix Salon, Dogtopia, Dunkin Donuts, Baskin-Robbins, and Wesmont Liquors, the real estate firm said.
“Finding tenants who add real value to our residents’ everyday lives has been a key focus from the start at Rosera Wesmont and within the larger Rosie Square community,” said Andrew Weissman, director for North Jersey at JCMLiving.
When They'll Open
Mathnasium Learning Centers entered into a five-year lease for a 1,410-square-foot retail space on the ground floor. They're expected to open next month.
Allstar Pharmacy leased 1,330 square feet on the ground floor for five years, with a five-year renewal option, the firm said. Allstar is based in Lodi but serves many communities in Bergen County.
