The event will feature a special tasting of select Double Cross Vodkas, gourmet hors d'oeuvres, a silent auction and a cigar rolling station

The community is invited to attend “An Evening of Vodka Tasting” on Wednesday, March 4, from 7 to 10 p.m. at Harvest Bistro & Bar in Closter, which will benefit the Parkinson’s Disease Foundation.
The event, sponsored by the Parkinson’s Disease Foundation (PDF), event co-chairs and committee members, is “a signature event where friends can enjoy a night out while supporting Parkinson’s research,” according to a press release.
“Funds benefit the Parkinson’s Disease Foundation, which supports the scientific research and ideas that will improve the lives and futures of people who are touched by Parkinson’s disease,” stated a press release. “Since its founding in 1957, PDF has invested more than $149 million in research, education and advocacy programs.”

The event will feature a special tasting of select Double Cross Vodkas, gourmet hors d’oeuvres, a silent auction and cigar rolling station, and the chance to sample Knob Creek Bourbon.
“My family and I would love nothing more than to see an end to Parkinson’s disease,” said a PDF Board Member whose father currently lives with the disease. “PDF follows through on its mission to end Parkinson’s with such personal and caring action. We hope this event raises critical funds for research and inspires others to help make a difference for the nearly one million people across the country living with Parkinson’s.”
