Dental Professionals of Fair Lawn Celebrate Grand Opening

A Saddle River Road dental practice that has had offices in Fair Lawn for over 50 years, but only recently joined the Fair Lawn Chamber of Commerce, celebrated its grand opening Monday.

Dental Professionals of Fair Lawn has been cleaning teeth on Saddle River Road since 1973, but they've expanded their services greatly over the past five to seven years, Dr. Jody Z. Bardash said.

The thriving practice, composed of 22 staff and five doctors, specializes in both general and cosmetic dentistry, and has gradually expanded into Invisalign braces, Botox, facial fillers and, most recently, orthodontics, Bardash said.

"We’re a very busy practice," he said. "We really do the entire gamut and spectrum of all cosmetic and restorative dentistry."

Bardash, who was named one of the top dentists in Bergen County in 2012 by (201) Health Magazine, said the practice has over 5,000 patients and sees between 250 and 300 per week.

At Dental Professionals, he works alongside Drs. William M. Scherer, Josh Smilow, Olga Dubinsky and Anna Bonaiuto.

Bardash said they're joining the Chamber now as one more way to get involved in the community and plan to run a booth at the upcoming Fair Lawn Street Fair.

Over the years, Dental Professionals has conducted free screenings at schools, daycares and old age homes in Fair Lawn, and Bardash himself has traveled to Africa to treat patients on two separate missions as part of the Tenafly-based Health and Humanitarian Aid Foundation.
