P.O. Geovanny Buitron, P.O. Javier Gutierrez & P.O. John Rovetto responded to Plaza Road at Rosalie Street for a report of a motor vehicle crash where they found a vehicle that had left the roadway and struck two vehicles parked in a residential driveway on Plaza Road. A 45-year-old Fair Lawn man was arrested after failing a roadside sobriety test. He was released to a responsible adult after being charged with careless driving, failure to maintain a single lane, failure to present a vehicle insurance card & driving while intoxicated.

On 11-7-19, Fair Lawn Police responded to a residence on Plaza Road after the resident reported that her Ring doorbell had been damaged by a drill and her wi-fi wire to her residence had been cut. Det. Brian Rypkema took over the investigation and arrested a 64-year-old Saddle Brook man after video evidence helped to identify him. He was released after being charged with criminal mischief.

P.O. John Rovetto initiated a motor vehicle stop on Route 208 at Morlot Avenue
and arrested the passenger, a 27-year-old man from Sunnyside, NY, after marijuana was found on his person. He was released after being charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
