School Staffer In Bergen County Prompts Lockdown: Report

ELMWOOD PARK, NJ – An Elmwood Park School District employee was taken into police custody following a lockdown Thursday afternoon at the local board of education office, according to a report.

Police Chief Michael Foligno told Northjersey.com that police were dispatched to the office around 12:45 p.m. on a report of a possible threat, which involved “an issue at work where he uttered a statement.”
